Hello, I don't know anything about these names, but I wonder if someone could clear something up for me. Was the Wheelock Cemetery used exclusively for Native Americans, or were everyone allowed to use it? My grandmother worked at the Academy as a cook for a while, and was buried there with her husband. She said she was Native American, but we have never been able to prove it. Her maiden name was DUNCAN. Many thanks. I hope someone can answer the question as to who was allowed to be buried there.
