Ronald Ray, 58, a lifetime resident of McCurtain County, passed away Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004 at Broken Bow. He was born Oct. 11, 1945 at Idabel. Ronald was a 1964 graduate of Idabel Gray High School and later graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Durant. He was past president of the Idabel Jaycees and was an avid sports fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ambrose and Grace Phillips Ray; and a sister, Linda Ray. Ronald is survived by his twin brother, and sister-in-law Donald G. and Mary Ann Ray, Redland community; a sister and brother-in-law, Glynda & Ferdie Burket, Pleasenton, TX, several nieces, nephews and other relatives, and a host of friends. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, Oct. 4, 2004 in Haworth Cemetery with Victor Balagbagan officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Donald G. and Mary Ann Ray.
