Her father was Jim E. Davis. We don't know much about him. She was born in Annona, TX. just across Red River. He was a farmer and a music teacher. He was thought to have died when she was a child - but who knows. She was born May 12 1893 and she was 7-8 when he died. Any connection? Judy
