My ggrandfather died in Broken Bow in 1934. His name was Ed NEBLE. He is buried in Rock Hill Cemetery. Apparently no death certificate was filed with the state. Can somebody locally tell me what funeral home was in business in Broken Bow in that year that might have handled his arrangements and if they are still there? His wife Nanny died much later, 1964, and JJ Sigler of Antlers handled her burial but I don't think they are in business any longer. Thanks. Rebecca [email protected]
Hi Rebecca, Check out the McCurtain County, OK page. They have a list of obits posted there and you may be able to see which funeral home was used around the time you mentioned, then you could see if they are still in business. I have a McCurtain County Phone directory from January 1994 and will be glad to check for an address or number for you. Lou Ann gary wade wrote: > > My ggrandfather died in Broken Bow in 1934.
