    3. HI, Janet. I don't have the census information on your James I. Green for 1920 or 1930, but for some reason, I just happen to have it for 1910: 1910 McCurtain County, Township #3, page 66 sheet 11B, supervisor 4 enumeration district 179, 30 April-2 May 1910, lines 96-99 Dwelling 240, family 244 Green, James I., head, M W, age 27 or 19 (I couldn't read it very well), married 6 years, TX MO MO, farmer can both read and write Willie (this is how it's spelled, but it's not far off Lillie), wife, F W, married 6 years, 4 children born, 2 living AR TX AR, can both read and write Loice, son, M W, 3, OK TX AR (I would have thought this to ba a variation of Lois, but it showed male) Carl, son, M W, 1 OK TX AR There was also another Green in Township 3, page 84, sheet 7B, supervisor 4, enumeration district 180, 18-19 May 1910, lines 76-84, dwelling 386, family 391 Green, Christopher P., head, M W, 44, married 16 years, MO MO MO, blacksmith, can both read and write Leula, wife, F W, 31, married 16 years, 7 children born, 6 living, TX MS MS, can both read and write Blanch, dau, F W, 14, OK MO TX, can read, write, speak English should be born IT) Wyly, son, M W, 13, OK MO TX, can read, write, speak English (should be born IT) James, son, M W, 11, OK MO TX, can read, write, speak English (should be born IT) Gracie, dau, F W, 9, AR MO TX, can speak English Anneda, dau, F W, 3, AR MO TX Edward, son, M W, 1, AR MO TX George, father, M W, 66, MO MO MO, can both read and write If they lived in this part of the state when the children were born it would have been IT not OK. I'm willing to bet this is James I.'s brother and father, but I can guarantee that. If these are your families, I'll be happy to look up the 1920 the next time I'm at the library, but that will be a couple of weeks away. The mariage records will either be at the Federal Courthouse in Muskogee, OK or there is also a copy of the books at the OK Historical Society. If you're real lucky, the library in Idabel will have the marriage books indices for that year and someone can have a look see for you. Unfortuntely, Tulsa doesn't happen to have that part of Choctaw Nation at the moment. Happy time travels.
