Milton and a younger brother, Fredrick, came from Nebraska to Major OK to homestead in 1894. They brought supplies by horse/wagon to build a house, then the women, children and elders came by train. Your Edith Viola Coulter Burchfield is the sister of my grandfather, Jay Wylie. My gr grandfather, James Milligan, married Alice Lozier. Her mother, Amanda J Lozier, sisters and brother also came from Nebraska with them to Major county. I have very recently discovered that John Lozier's wife, Lova, was a Mason. And just last week learned that John's sister, Martha Susan, married Charles N Mason. I have very little information on the Loziers, none on the Masons and only basic family group information on the Burchfields.
