Jim, Would you mind checking in the "1977 History of Major Co., OK" and see is there is anything for a "Pixler" family. Peter my Grand- father is listed in the1909 Atlas of Woods Co. OK as a land owner. I'm sure that area became Major Co. My father Edwin Pixler was born there in 1911. I would appreciate your kindness in looking when you have the time.
