Blake Milor, who attends Marietta High School, was nominated for this award by Ms. Carolyn Donaldson. His name will appear in the All-American Scholar Yearbook, which is published nationally. Blake is the son of Charles and Shari Milor of Marietta, and the grandson of Joel and Arnetta Higgins and Jo and Robert Thompson of Marietta.
