Mrs. Morgan died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003, at Gainesville Memorial Hospital. She was born June 20, 1911. She was a long-time resident of Thackerville, Okla., and served as the postmistress there for 24 years. She also served on the Oklahoma voters board for many years. Survivors include her daughter Ruth Ann Cloer of Valley View; son Marlin Morgan of Thackerville, Okla.; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her husband, Arzo Morgan; sons Marion Morgan, A.G. Morgan and Max Morgan. The family will be at Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home in Marietta, Okla., from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
