Mrs. Caldwell was born April 12, 1940, in Aspermont, Texas, the daughter of Joe and Winnie Harvey. She died Tuesday, February 4, 2003, in Odessa, Texas. She was a member of Women of the Moose 1410, in Andrews, and was a Baptist. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Eddie Caldwell of Andrews; two sons, Jackie Caldwell of Ardmore, and Brad Caldwell of Keller, Texas; two sisters, Alice Turner of Ft. Sumner, New Mexico, and Pauline Strohl of Hobbs, New Mexico; one brother, Jack McMillan of Hobbs; and six grandchildren including granddaughter, Karla Stofel of Andrews. Mrs. Caldwell was preceded in death by her mother and father, Winnie Rowland and Joe Harvey; and one sister, Jonell McKenzie.
