The bride-elect is the daughter of Bob and Cheryl Mullinax and the granddaughter of Alyce Kinnear and Bobby and Zona Mullinax, all of Shawnee. She is a 2000 graduate of Marietta High School and is in the United States Air Force stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, Louisiana, working in civil engineering operational readiness. Mr. Lugo-Casasus is the son of Wilson and Marina Lugo. He is also in the United States Air Force at Barksdale AFB at Shreveport, working as a personal security officer.
