Korbin was born November 21, 2002, in Ardmore, the son of Brian Paul and Charity Kaye Phariss Buenting. He died Monday, March 31, 2003, in Mercy Health-Love County Hospital, Marietta. Survivors include his parents, Brian and Charity of the home; a brother, Kyle Buenting of the home; a sister, Courtney Buenting of the home; grandparents, Richard and Sue Jones of Burneyville and Gary and Hope Phariss of Dickson; a great-grandmother, Betty Phariss of Chickasha; a great-great-grandmother, Annie Mae Young of Dickson; an aunt and two uncles.
