Mike Player and Rev. Don Williams officiating. Born August 15, 1924, at Enville, Mrs. Lemons died February 12, 1995, at the Love County Health Center, Marietta, at the age of 70. She was the daughter of Bob and Inez Watson Stewart. A resident of Enville most of her life, she married Von Dee Lemons August 26, 1945, at Enville. Mrs. Lemons was a riveter at Tinker Air Force Base during World War II, and she and her husband owned and operated Lemons Grocery at Enville for 37 years. Mrs. Lemons was a member of the Mahota Memorial Presbyterian Church of Marietta for 35 years. Survivors include her husband, Von Dee Lemons of the home at Enville; her mother, Mrs. Inez Stewart of Enville; two sons, Terry Keith Lemons and Timothy Brent Lemons of Marlow; brother, Jerry Stewart of Marietta; sister, Geraldine Bean of Wynnewood; and four grandchildren. Mrs. Lemons was preceded in death by her father, Bob Stewart, on October 18, 1992. Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of the Anderson-Kennedy Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Billy Harris, Rayford Hallum, Orville Elmore, Jim Minyard, Maxie Hice and Thurman Vinson. Honorary bearers were Melvin Chaney, Olen McFadden, Gilbert Willis, Ronnie Willis and J.C.
