Born October 18, 1909, at Eastman, Mrs. Roberson died October 10, 1992, at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma, Durant. She married Dave Roberson on April 4, 1942, in Ardmore. A resident of Bryan County for 42 years, Mrs. Roberson was a homemaker, a nurse, and operated an apartment house in Durant for college students for many years. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Keller David Roberson of Van Buren, Missouri; a daughter, Pat Curtis of Hugo; a step-son, Berman Roberson of Ada; a brother, Rhul Keller of Eastman; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Roberson was preceded in death by her husband on April 23, 1984; and a son, Billy Sam Byrd. Interment was in the Eastman Cemetery under the direction of the Murray Funeral Home.
