The bride-elect is the daughter of Bob and Cheryl Mullinax of Marietta and the granddaughter of Alyce Kinnear of Shawnee, Bobby and Zona Mullinax of Shawnee and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gum. She is a 1998 graduate of Marietta High School, attended Murray State College four years, and graduated from EMT Basic in 2002. Mr. Lawson is the son of Freddy and Melinda Lawson of Overbrook. He is the grandson of Lonnie Lawson Sr. of Ardmore and the late Eva Oleta Lawson. He is a 2000 graduate of Turner High School and attended Murray State College two years.
