Howard of Fort Worth, and Steve White of St. Petersburg, Florida; two daughters, Mary L. Jacobs of Marietta, and Lori Todson of Treasure Island, Florida; and a sister, Sue Bingham of Tow, Texas. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Lou Mercer; and a brother, John Williams. Survivors include her husband, Russell Tanner of the home; five sons, Richard Sosa of the home, Andrew Kuipers of London, England, and Jason Tanner, Levi Tanner and Zachary Trumble, all of the home; three daughters, Gillian Roberts of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Helen Tosti of Orlando, Florida, and Tessa Tanner of Augusta, Georgia; a sister, Joke' Heystants of the Netherlands; two grandsons and two grand- daughters. She and Russell Rains were married in June, 1948, and graduated from Tipton High School in 1949. Mrs. Williams worked as a family provider working various jobs. She later married Richard Buxton September 4, 1951. He preceded her in death and six years later she and D.H. Williams were married May 10, 1986. That same year the couple moved to his home east of Lexington. Mr. Williams preceded her in death on September 14, 1995. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Claud Clifton of Marietta, Vickie and Bill Daniel of Bagdad, Arizona, and Debra and Phil Hightower of Purcell; three sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Donna Buxton of Marietta, James "Jim" and Wanda Buxton of Wanette, and Albert Buxton of the home in Lexington; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Maxine and Sam Baxter of Tipton and Arita Beth Frazier of Marietta; and a brother, L.T. "Mutt" Blackmon of Willow Park, Texas. Mrs. Williams was also preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Connie Sue Buxton in February 1967; a brother; five sisters and five infant siblings. Pallbearers were Jim Milligan, Stan Compton, Charles Kirk, Keith Brooking, Ronnie Russell, Joe Russell, Greg Petty and Ricky Smith. Honorary pallbearer was Bob Beckes. During their marriage, the Talleys operated a pop and candy shop within their home. He preceded her in death August 11, 1966. Mrs. Talley was a lifetime member of Pilgrim Rest Primitive Baptist Church, Marietta. Mrs. Talley was also preceded in death by her sister, Betty Mae Gaines in 1987. Survivors include nieces and nephews; numerous cousins including local cousins, Cora Ellison and Velma Young, both of Marietta; two stepchildren, Grace Allen of Marietta and Violet Douglas, Iowa; stepgrandchildren and other friends and acquaintances. Mr. Sanchez made his home in Marietta since 1981, moving here from Waco, Texas. He and Rosa Andrade were married in 1944 in Zacatecas. Mr. Sanchez was employed in the Sanitation Department of Murray Biscuit Company, Marietta, before retiring. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Gainesville, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Rosa Sanchez of the home; six sons, Norberto Sanchez, Feliciano Sanchez, Cruz Sanchez, Samule Sanchez and Juan Sanchez Jr., all of Marietta, and Jose Sanchez of Atlanta, Georgia; two daughters, Berta Gomez and Estela Sanchez, both of Marietta; a brother, Alfonzo Sanchez of Zacatecas; two sisters, Mateana Barrietos and Heradra Andrade, both of Zacatecas; 28 grand- children and 38 great-grandchildren. Still looking for any information on the John Marion and Ellen Self Robeson/Robinson family that lived in Marshall and Love Counties in the early 1900's. John died 1919 Lebanon. Ellen died while living with son Charles 1921 in Love County. Daughter Annie was still living with them in 1910 on the census. Her last name was given as Cook. Have no information on a Cook marriage for her. Other children were Mollie, Lizzie, Kate who lived in nearby counties. Her daughter Archia aka Opal married John Ray abt 1916 in Gainesville, Cooke Co, TX where my mother Pauline Ray was born in 1917. Opal's death certificate lists her mothers name as Liza Triswell. The info was provided by my mother Pauline but she may have had it wrong as we find it so offten is. She didn't have Pleasant's first name right on the death cirtificate. I don't have any photos of Lizzie or Pleasant but I do of Opal. I am leaving tomarow for KS and then on to OK and TX to visit family. I hope this info matches with yours. untill later, Jack

Rowland. The couple enjoyed an early celebration on September 6, when they took an Alaskan Cruise. Given in marriage by her son, Cameron Ortez, the bride wore a white, beaded floor-length satin gown with a draped neckline. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses. Matron of honor was Sunni Neely of Huntingdon, England, sister-in-law of the groom. Best man was Frank Neely, Jr., brother of the groom, also of Huntingdon. Also attending from overseas were the bride's parents. Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the home of Dave and Marie Brown of Thrapston, England. The bride is a 1996 graduate of Marietta High School and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Mark Loewen officiating. Mr. Morgan was born May 13, 1941, at Thackerville, the son of Vernie L. and Eva Vernell Suggs Morgan. He died Tuesday, September 30, 2003, in the Gainesville Memorial Hospital. He graduated from Thackerville High School. Mr. Morgan retired in 2002 from the BNSF Railroad, following 30 years of service. He and Betty Gaidaroff were married on July 6, 1963 in Gainesville. Survivors include his wife, Betty Morgan; his mother, Eva Vernell Morgan; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Tina Morgan; one daughter and son-in-law, Amy and T.J. Woolsey, all of Gainesville; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Janet Morgan; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Linda and Harold Clark; his mother-in-law, Winell Gaidaroff, all of Gainesville; two grandchildren, Joshua Morgan and Breann Woolsey, both of Gainesville; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Ernest Morgan. Pallbearers were Harold Clark, Frankie Mikulec, Alvin Suggs, Tom Suggs, Paul Hassell and Harvey Pippen. Interment was in the Fairview Cemetery, Gainesville, under the direction of George J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home, Gainesville. The Gary and Joel Hicks you mentioned as going to school with you, Gary was my sister's 1st husband. They divorced many years ago. My sister, Linda (Montgomery) is married to Gary Bloomer (also of Love Co.) and Gary Hicks is married to Linda. Go figure. Gary & Linda Hicks own the paper in Lone Grove, just west of Ardmore in Carter Co. My sis and brother-in-law have a Robertson's Ham store at I-40 and Highway 99. Small, small world. I also know Mack Frazier. He and Don Reed taught me how to waltz.
