The Museum of Pioneer History at Chandler (phone 405-258-2425) should be able to tell you the names/locations -- I know they keep a record there and many of the cemeteries in Lincoln co. have been recorded and someone at the museum might have time to look up the name you're looking for. Or at least tell you who the caretaker is -- possibly the court clerk at the courthouse in Chandler would know, also. The only cemetery at Carney that I know of is the one on highway 177, although I'm sure there are other smaller ones in the country. www.topozone.com/findplace.asp is a good URL for locating places, including cemeteries, but Carney was apparently too small to be listed.
