I really, really do need some help. My mother was adopted; she is deceased. I am looking for her mother. Her name was Ida Tennyson. All I know about my grandmother is that she was born circa 1892 in Okla. It is believed that she was part Indian. Her parents are believed to have come from N.C., but that is not certain. I have not found anything on Ida anywhere, so it is my belief that she had another name she was going by, perhaps a middle name. At one time Ida was for certain living in the Okemah (Okfuskee Co.) area of Okla., but I believe her family may have been in other counties adjacent to this such as Lincoln (particularly eastern part). Is there any way you have of checking your ancestry and see if you have a lady born in the time frame of 1892 (or close to this date) If not, do you know of anyone else who might be able to help me. I have a genetic disease and it is important that I find where it came from. I thank you in advance for your help. Rose Mary
