May have claimed land in County "A", or Lincoln Co. please reply to him with copy to me. Thanks bunches, Bill (chaplain) Thanks for the reply. I do go back to William Parker and Mary McCracken. My line is something like this. Jonathan & Rachel Garrison & Mary (Johnson) William & Mary (McCracken) Silas & Alberta (Jenkins) Leonard & Jewell (Smithson) Walt & Janis (Reeves) Me I don't know a lot about Silas, so I was looking for stories, facts etc. about that group there in Oklahoma. Mine and Yours probably start in Marion Co. AR. Nelson is my mothers paternal line. That is how I got the info on my Parkers. William Riley Nelson married Lucy Ann Darnell, their son John W. Nelson, born in Marion Co. AR, Sep 1866, married Mary E. Parker, daughter of William Parker and Mary McCracken. She was born in Marion Co. 1869. Their son John W. Nelson was my maternal ggrandfather. His son, Joseph E. Nelson was my grandfather, from Madison Co, AR To add to that, both of my paternal grandparents were related by marriage to the Parkers, Berrys, McCrackens, an all that other bunch from Marion Co. I suggest you contact Julie Predmore, at MyFamily.com as she is related to them as well and has all the info. I had Nelsons and Jamisons in McCloud, OK back then too. Just on the border of Lincoln Co. Bill chaplain@ponyexpress.net
