Dear List- last week I requested the address of the Eastern State Hospital, in hopes of getting information on my gggrandfather, so I could apply for my dad to get into the First Families Cherokee Historical Society. Well, today I got a letter with forms to fill out from them (yes-that quick!). Has any one on the list ever sent off for their family members confidential information? I have to get it signed by a notary (my brother is one), the form has my gggrandfather's name-Thomas Jefferson Revis, then underneath of his name it has: DCG: July 26, 1919. Also, top of a form has # 1429 Film 137. Can any one tell me what these dates (DCG) are to? Sandy [email protected]
