Donna Cowlington is a small community in Leflore County, OK. Part of it is in Haskell County and part in Leflore County. I looked in the phone books for the area and there are no listings for any fire, police or municipal offices there. It is in the northern part of both counties near Kerr Lake. I know they have a fire department but I don't believe they have any police or municipal officers. There are several cemeteries in that area: Cowlington, Short Mountain and Old Cache are the most used.
