But here it is, My brother was born 2-22 -1941 and he has sent off for his birth certificate and they cant find a record of it. He was born in Monroe, Ok.and the doctor delivered him at home.We are trying to find out the name of the doctor in the area of Monroe at the time.  I was hoping maybe that i could find some place that would have the doctors name.
