The earlier ones are on film at the Ponca City Library, and from about 10 years ago are in books; however we have not found someone who will search and copy (for a fee or otherwise). Roberts & Son Funeral Home Inc is still in Blackwell, at 120 W Padon Ave, phone 580-363-3737. the telephone book mentions they have been there since 1928. I don't know anything about Blackwell school records, but the Supts Office is as 934 South 1 and phone is 580-363-2570. Recently I was able to purchase some old year books from my own High School in the Ozarks of Missouri - you might ask just in case they have any extras of a year when Alva Birchfield was in school.
