Good Evening, J. D. There are three IOOF Cemeteries in Kay County, Ok - at Blackwell, Ponca City and Tonkawa. I found your man in the Tonkawa IOOF cemetery, located Northwest of town on highways 77 and 66, in the book Cemetery Inscriptions, Kay County, Okla, which was published by the Pioneer Genealogical Society of Ponca City, Okla about 1978. The book is not indexed. Rather, each cemetery has the names listed alphabetical. Therefore all persons of the same name may not be related and may not be buried in the same plot or adjacent to one another; however the people doing the survey did make some relationship notations. That said, I am listing all the Morris persons found in the cemetery in case they are connected.
