Linda - I checked through all the cemeteries listed in the book, Cemetery Inscriptions, Kay County, Okla, published by the Pioneer Genealogical Society of Ponca City, Okla approx. 1978. The book includes some small family cemeteries, but none named Brown. Also, did not find any Anna Belle Brown listed in any cemetery. One surprising find, in the Ponca City IOOF cemetery, there is an Isaac H Brown Jan 3 1890, nd: wife Ruby G. Dates are wrong for your Isaac Brown, but possible relation? Sorry I couldn't help more.
