Ginette - I have the book, Cemetery Inscriptions, Kay County, Okla, canvassed and published by the Pioneer Genealogical Society of Ponca City, Okla about 1978. There are only two Wiggins in the Ponca City IOOF Cem: Mary P Wiggins Jun 26 1870 Jun 10 1950 (H Wm. L) William L Wiggins Jul 19 1867 Nov 10 1946 (w Mary P) There are 2 or 3 more cemeteries in the Ponca City area - so if these are not the ones you are seeking, I can do some further looking, but right now I'm going to my daughters for the day.
