Marilyn - hope this is helpful. I found some "Bissell" names, but no "Bisel". >From the book published in 1978 by the Pioneer Genealogical Society of Ponca City, Okla: "Cemetery Inscriptions, Kay County, Okla." The book is not indexed. Names are alphabetical within each cemetery; therefore persons of the same name are not necessarily related, or buried adjacent to one another. But I did not find Nancy Moore. Is there some reason you do not feel she is buried with her husband in Cowley County, Ks? What is his name? There are some Moore burials at the Tonkawa IOOF and also at the Braman town cem. Arkansas City, Kansas is a town of about 15,000, just 17 miles north and east from Braman, Okla. Winfield, Kansas, is just a little smaller, and another 14 miles north. Three Sands, Okla is south of Tonkawa, on the county line of Kay and Noble counties. There are no Bisel-Bissell listings in the Kay County Regional Phone Directory of 1998. Lots of Moores.
