Hello everyone. I have only two people in Johnston County and am hoping to obtain additional information about them. They are A. F. CARPTENTER and his wife, Martha Addie CLAYWELL. Here is what I know: Martha Addie Claywell was born about 1848 in NC. A. F. Carpenter was born about 1850 in NC. They were married 27 Jan 1902. They had no children together. Martha Addie had a prior marriage to L. B. Venable. Both are buried in the Wapanucka Cemetery. Here is what I want to know: I need the dates of death of both. I want to know where she married L. B. Venable. I would like to know where in NC both A. F. Carpenter and Martha Addie were born. What does the "A. F." stand for? Any help will be appreciated; thank you. Karen Venable kvenable@pe.net
