His name is listed on the Tishomingo City Cemetery Inscription list, in Johnston Co., OK. along with a Jewel Ballard, a Cora E. Ballard and a Wiley L. Ballard. There are birth & death dates on all of the Inscriptions listed on-line except Devo's. He is related to my husband. He was married to a Lula Mae Whatley in the 1920's. Any information would be greatly appreciated. We can not find any other information on him.
