It appeared in Ft. worth Star-Telegram on March 5, 2001. M.L. Roberts TISHOMINGO, OKLA. -- M.L. Roberts, a carpenter by trade and a rancher by heart, passed from this world, March 1, 2001, after fighting his last battle. Memorial service: Was Monday at Fillmore Nazarene Church with Brother Gene Ledford officiating. M.L. Roberts was a caring and loving person, always trying to make a realistic life for his family. He knew how to love and lead forward always insisting people make the right decisisons for themselves. For this we say thank you to the Great Spirit for giving us the chance to love and expeience his life of 66 years. The family members wish to say farewell to their husband and father. Overwhelmed with sadness and the pain of knowing they stood by his side and held onto him with their hearts and spirits until the end. Survivors: Sweet devoted wife of 48 years, Virginia; great sons, Roger and Nat; loving daughters, Brenda and Penny; caring daughters-in-law, Joyce and Cyndi; new son-in-law, Rick; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
