Jackie, There have been two books published on the History of Johnston County. You may be able to purchase them from the Johnston County Historical Society or if not there try contacting the Chickasaw museum in Tishomingo. I think you can probably just send your inquiry to Tishomingo, Oklahoma 73460 and they will get it. The books are written by local people on their own families and are very interesting.
