The National Archives and Record Administration (NARA) in Fort Worth has Dawes enrollment jackets for all who were enrolled as members of the five civilized tribes. You might try their website or check your library for the Dawes Final Rolls. In those books you will find a census card number and enrollment number to reference for NARA. These were very helpful in my case. You can expect to find birth dates, marriage dates, death dates, and, in some cases the maiden names of intermarried citizens. The records show degree of Indian blood and, in some cases, the full names of the citizen's parents. A transcript of the required deposition for intermarried citizens is also sometimes included.
