Carl Odell Thomas born about 1882 in Mississippi, father James Webster Thomas born in TN, mother also born in TN. Carl married Ruby English and was in Jefferson County Oklahoma in 1900 & Stephens County Oklahoma in 1920. Story has it that he died a few years later in TX or OK when his belt buckle was struck by lightning. Need information on Carl's parents and/or siblings.
