I do believe that there was a Cottrell girl in some of mother's high school classes. Did you have brothers and sisters at the school too? Thinking back again, it must have been 1943-44--I would have been in the 7th grade--believe that was the year there. The 7th and 8th grade classes were combined. We had a good teacher--a famer's wife, but can't remember her name. She had a little girl that my younger sister hung out with since they weren't old enough to be in school.
