Hi Debbie--Yes there was a Rock Knob country school out from Waurika. Not sure what/where records were saved but you might contact Mary Ruth Brown, County Election Board, Jefferson Co Court House to see if she has any knowledge or suggesion of where you might go for information. I am sure that there a couple of Waurikans still around that went to that school--she might be helpful there. You also might contact Lorene Wood, 308 N. Elm, Waurika who might hae some knowledge of the school itself. . I did call the State Dept of Education nere in Okla. City and got no where! Good luck.
