Dawn, I was raised just east of Fleetwood in the 60's and 70's and I don't recall the names. Ther is a cemetary in Fleetwood ( if my memory serves me correctly) and the Fleetwoods are burried there as well as a few others. I'm not sure exactly where it is though. I think it is now deserted and uncared for. I will send you a link to the Terral home page where you might find some more information. Best of luck in your search. Hi! I'm the Phyllis (Jean) Moore mentioned in your email (below). I graduated from Claypool in 1956, along with Jackie Sue Fulton, Nancy Turner, Thelma Bonham and my mother, Lucille Moore. My siblings who attended school there were Shirley Ann, Lois Ruth (Tubby), Sandy, Sissie and Sonny. Our family (father, Dallas Moore) lived in the Claypool community, from about 1942 until 1957. It's good to read the messages regarding Claypool. Sam, did you get the picture of Claypool you wanted? I have one (somewhere) and my sister Shirley has one. We'd like to exchange photos and old stories and info. Phyllis Jean Moore Murphy Ardmore, OK 73401 580-223-6477 jm21539@aol.com jm21539@brightok.net Yes, I had a brother James, he was called Junior Cottrell in about the 5th grade, a sister Pansy in about the 7th grade and a sister Mary in the 12 grade. I can remember some moore's in school, if I remember there was one just a grade under me. There were two sets of Parkers there, one was a Supt. and the others teachers. A Dickey, and some I would remember if I heard their name. What was your maiden name? The old school house has been gone for several years. I just happened to be going by while they were tearing down the school and stopped & asked permission to have the first grade pencil sharpener and they let me have it, in which I still have. They still have a school reunion every 3 years in Waurika. I have attended some of them. I get a notice from them. I graduated from the Ryan High School but I have been in contact with several people that attended the Claypool. In fact a good friend from there called me last Aug. and asked if I would be a pollabearer for his mother, I told him yes, it would be an honor. Just remembered the girls name, Phyllis Moore. I have one or two school annuels some where. I live just outside of Durant, Okla. now, I still know a lot of the older generations down there. Thanks for the reply,

His wife Lucy Ann was born 28 Nove 1861 and died 4 Aug 1939, their twin daughters, Beulah Duffel Nichols born 15 Mar 1892, died 22 Nov 1980 and Lula Duffel Barber died 5 Mar 1980. I have been listing the graves in the cemetery to put into a new map for public and city use and noted the dates. Mrs. Barber's husband Earl D. Barber is also buried in the family lot on the west fence row of what we call the old new section, or NW area. If there area any others I can look up for you, I will be glad to do so.
