She was born Nov. 16, 1907 in Checotah and died Jan. 24 at the Wetumka General Hospital at the age of 93. She lived much of her life in the Weleetka area, later relocating to Arisona where she also lived several years before returning to Weleetka. She moved to Wetumka when the Birchwood Apartments were built. She had most recently been living at Rainbow Terrace in Weleetka. She was of the Baptist faith. One of the greatest joys in her life was spending time with her grandchildren. She is remembered as an excellant seamstress and loced to look through the many photographs she had of her family and friends. She was proud of her relationship with Randy TRAVIS and had also been friends with the late Elvis PRESLEY. She was preceded in death by two husbands, a son and a daughter. Survivors include a son, Bobby Dean HOLTof Arizona; a half-brother in Oklahoma City; a special friend, Debbie WHITE; along with other relatives.
