The records at the Grady County Courthouse for this cemetery are lacking, too. The Chickasha Public Library has the original Book, but ALL of the records have been stolen. Here are a few sites that you can go to to ADD someone to this cemetery. They are all FREE! I was told by the City Manager....NO DEED....NO Marker!...and he stated to me that "we WILL continue to dig there". I have made several state, county, government, Indian Nations contacts to stop this from happening. The mayor and one councilman that I spoke to did not know that this was being done. I don't know what their issues are, I don't care, actually, I just want these old parts of this cemetery to remain closed.
