I found my Mother-in-law's recipe. This is wonderful stuff. Rich and creamy. yummy. lolol Vanilla Ice Cream 5 fresh eggs, beaten 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 T. Vanilla 1 can Milk ( I use Eagle Brand) 2 quarts regular milk Mix all ingredients -- pour into freezer. For Strawberry ice cream-- Omit 3 cups of milk, Add 1 Quart strawberries that have been mashed and sweetened with 1/2 cup of sugar. Hope you enjoy.
