Billie: The move is a good idea. We have so trouble w/some of the sites we use for our genealogy, etc. and Rootsweb seems to be real stable. You've done good on the cookbooks. I remember when the group decided you would be the perfect person to handle it and you know what, we were right. Don't dwell on the age limit as to when your family began having heart attacks, etc. Just use it as a guide to good living. Remember our minds work against us sometimes in health matters. My grandmother died of lung cancer, but her heart was in good condition [ considering ]. My father is alive and doing well in his late seventies after bypass surgery and four major heart attacks, the last one they gave him the "last chance" shot. I take reasonably good care of myself, without being a fanatic about it, but my chances are high that I will inherit the problem. My one concern is that I live alone and a ways out in the country [ love it out here ], so if I have a big heart attack my chances of surviving it are very slim. I fully intend to live a LONG time yet, but I have to be a realist also. Its all in the hands of God [ or fate, or whatever ] and when I stand for judgment I hope that He will find something in my life that is worthwhile. That's also a reason for my signature file.
