But I thought another opinion was also due. I think it depends on where your folks are - location that is. I happen to be hunting a lot of folks in Connecticut. And they have lots of early wills on line that have been very helpful to me. And would have cost me a lot to order in terms of copies. Have also found other information there of help as well. So for me the subscription has been well worth it. I think it varies with what you are needing. Thanks and take care - Emma

    3. I couldn't imagine NOT being subscribed to Ancestry! There's so much data! I like free data like anyone else, but when I consider all the money I spent on round trips to Houston, quarters on copy machines and microfilm readers, etc., etc., the subscription fee is pennies in comparison!
