Okay I have a couple of questions for you guys that may seem a bit elementary, so pease bear with me.. I want to do some serious research on my grandfather Lt. Colonel Robert A. Robison. He was a pilot in the Air Force and he fought in WWII and Korea. I have never looked into anyone's military stuff before, since most of my relatives were farmers and such, but I really want to make up a nice 'memorial' type thing for my grandmother about his career and stuff. So if you guys could Please PLEASE help me figure out some good places to start and stuff. Grandpa was rather tight lipped about his career...he was proud of what he did, but he seemed to think telling war stories was bragging, so I never got much out of him LOL. I DID inherit his footlockers and things which is nice, but I want to know more about the man. Another question I have is this. My husband is in the Army and we are currently stationed at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri, would this make finding anything out easier f! or me? or not necessariliy? If anyone has any helpful advice, I'm all ears! Thanks in advance! Shelly Brower
