The ggrandaughter of J M Hall (one of the founders) of Tulsa has given me permission to put the book "The Beginning of Tulsa" on the web. This book was written in 1927, updated in 1933 and has been out of print and almost impossible to find since the mid 1930s. This is a fabulous resource for those who are searching for early Tulsa ancestors. Mr. Hall was one of the first men in Tulsa and his book contains lots of names and history. I have only the first 20 pages on-line by you are welcome to drop by and see what I have so far. You will need to check back off and on because this is will take me awhile. The search engine has not yet spidered my site so you'll have to read <g> http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~haas/learningcenter.html Last item on the page. Enjoy!
