    3. Shelly, check the county clerks office in the county where he lived. There is something about when the military come home, or got out of service, they had to record their discharge papers with the county clerk. I know my uncles did in Kiowa Co.(WWII), and asked my son about it when he got out last year. He said they still had to do, so would record his in the county in FL where he was going to work. If you find his discharge papers, it will tell you the places he was sent, along with service #, etc. Worth a shot. Just a thought. 3. When I got my discharge in 1971 I went to the court house and tried to record my discharge papers. I was told that they no longer do that. Something to do with storage. (o:]>* Huggles *<[:o) Billie The three best words in the English Language: "I LOVE YOU" Pass them on!
