My opal eleanora (and that has shown to be spelled different ways) bullard's parents were James Washington Bullard (November 30, 1862Sevier County, AR- January 19, 1937-Avery, TX) who married Lucy Ellen Norris August 2, 1883 At Dekalb, TX. Lucy was born December 14, 1864-July 21, 1921-Avery TX. She may have been born in Lake Charles or Logansport, LA. I haven't found that out yet.
