I was wondering if anyone out there could possible look-up a James Talley (Tally) & either a Sara Elizabeth OR a Martha Jane (Janie) in Muskogee OK in the 1900 or 1910 Census. Or at least point me in a direction where I might find something out. Thanks in advance. Diane O'Quinn [email protected]
