TOSH, Stella Amanda Medford Mail Tribune, OR 03-10-2001 The funeral for Stella Amanda Tosh will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pastor Glen Prosise of Keeneway Church of Christ will officate. Mrs. Tosh, 91, of Central Point, died Thursday (March 8, 2001) at her home. She was born Nov. 7, 1909, in Oklahoma, a daughter of Fletcher and Myrtle Carter. On Nov. 18, 1931, in Elk City, OK, she married Ira Tosh, who died in 1996. They moved to the Rogue Valley from Oakland, CA, during the late 1940s. Mrs. Tosh was a homemaker. Survivors include two sons, Jim R., Phoenix, and Joe, Fresno, CA; two daughters, Margaret Green, Central Point, and Beverly Bowen, Plymouth, NC; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
