When you want your computer fixed FAST, make sure the person working on it is into genealogy. I took my computer in Wednesday evening after having a major melt down, needed a new motherboard, cpu, power supply box, CD rom, well just about new everything except the case<G>. Got to talking and found out he was researching his Burris family. I received a call late this afternoon to let me know my computer was ready to (as he said) ROCK & ROLL , don't know who was the most relieved, Me or Marti.
