Dear Members: Please inform me whether this is legal or wanted on the list. The following ... information came through another list I'm on ... I'll be sending more titles if wanted or requested when I have the time and allowed on the list as source material. Feel free to go to your local library if anyone is interested in looking them up, I'm interested in your findings if successful in locating any of the titles. ------------------------------------------------------------------- > "Three Hundred Years in Innishowen, Being More Particularly an Account of the > Family of Young of Culdaff with Short Accounts of Many Other Families > Connected with Them", by Amy Young, 1929, The Linenhall Press, Belfast, 311 pages. > Some of the names included are Young, Hart, Harvey, Cary, Vaughan, McLaughlin, Skipton, Richardson, Knox, Ussher, Smith, Nesbitt, Chichester, Ball, Lawrence, Crofton, Boyd, Stuart and many others. -------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the first of several on the list if found in local Libraries is considered a 'TRUE' find. I feel they'll be of much help to some of the related Surnames from this list. Other than that, I'm afraid to share the fact that this gentleman offering the information is doing so at a price. Selling it page by page through written correspondence or ... dare I guess, some other means of payment. I choose to send the titles in an effort to help those looking for their ancestors ... however, if your interested in the larger list of books, I'll send you his name and address along with e-mail and you can contact him over other topics he claims to have. Personally, I refuse to pay for this info. even if it contains my families related surnames. "The library and I, are very good, dear Old Friends." I didn't get into this 'Hobby' for a profit nor did I expect to achieve greatness either by doing my research for personal use. However, this shows another example of profiteering off the backs of past researchers. Sorry for the speech, I'm a bit angry over the issue and struggled with whether to place the titles at all.
