Funeral services were conducted Dec. 28 at Jennings Funeral Home Chapel, Jamestown, with burial in Sharp Place Cemetery. Bro. Chester Rhoad officiated. Mr. Roysdon was born Dec. 23, 1935 in Jamestown, the son of Hubert and Tillie Slaven Roysdon. He was a farmer. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Tamala Roysdon of Jamestown, Melanie and Dean Lacko of Grafton, OH, and Kathy and Elmer Savage of Jamestown; sons and daughters-in-law, Hubert and Wendy Roysdon of Pleasant Hill, Carvel Roysdon of Sonoma, WA, Darryl Roysdon of Sausalito, CA, Kenneth and Georgia Roysdon of Durham, NC, Larry and Hope Roysdon of Grafton, OH, Anthony and Melissa Roysdon of Smithville, TN ,and Ferlin Jesse Roysdon of Oklahoma; 23 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Naoma Norris of Elyria, OH, Ruby Miller and Bertha Roysdon of Jamestown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Reba Sharp. Pallbearers were Ferlin Jesse Roysdon, Anthony Roysdon, Larry Roysdon, Kenneth Roysdon, Darryl Roysdon, Carvel Roysdon and Hubert Roysdon. Honorary pallbearers were Arnold Slaven, Kyler Roysdon, Jason Roysdon, Christopher Roysdon, Tysen Hale, Andy Snyder, Jhered Logan Roysdon, Joshua Roysdon and Clarence Roysdon.
